How to Return or Exchange

Include all original items with tags attached in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or washed items. - Ship Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Briefs and Knickers (unless packaging is unopened)
- Seamless Knickers (all styles)
- Bikini Bottoms
- Hosiery (if packaging seal is broken)
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using the original shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for returns.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Simply follow the return process above and specify your exchange preferences in your email. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.
